Two south Florida cities rank among prominent real estate website Trulia.com’s 2017 list of the 10 fastest-growing markets for homebuyers in the United States. Due to its high rate of job growth, long-term potential for economic stability, and temperate climate, the Cape Coral-Fort Myers area holds the number-two spot on the list.
Another south Florida location that made the list is Sarasota, which came in at number 10. Unlike most growing Florida real estate markets, this area isn’t a known for being a vacation destination. Instead, people are drawn to Sarasota for the city’s naturally beautiful beaches, healthy collection of local businesses, and excellent school systems, all of which promote a well-established sense of community.
